The Private Funds Paralegal will function as an integral part of the firm’s leading private funds practice. The Private Funds Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to the firm's global private funds team and be responsible for handling a wide variety of client and team-driven tasks. This specialized position provides in-depth exposure to corporate law and the private equity industry, and is an excellent learning opportunity for those interested in attending law school or entering the business world.
The ideal candidate will be a highly qualified and motivated college graduate who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and the highest personal integrity.
