The Executive and Partnership Resources Operations Manager will oversee the daily functions of the Office of Executive & Partnership Resources, serving as a strategic partner to the Chief of Staff, Partnership Resources Manager, Partnership Resources Coordinator, the Partner & Counsel Talent Development team, and the Strategic Growth team. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels. The role will report to the Partnership Resources Manager.
The estimated base salary for this position is $125,000.00 to $135,000.00 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance. This role is exempt meaning that it is not eligible for overtime pay.
