The Benefits Coordinator will support comprehensive benefits program administration that ensures seamless employee experience, maintains regulatory compliance, and enhances overall workforce satisfaction for attorneys and professional staff. This role will report to the Senior Benefits Manager – U.S. and will collaborate with various teams and vendors, as well as firm leadership to develop and execute strategic benefits initiatives and employee support services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal abilities, superior communication skills, and outstanding organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail, while bringing extensive knowledge of benefits processes, the highest degree of discretion, and proven experience in professional services or legal environments.
The estimated base salary for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance. This role is non-exempt meaning it is overtime pay eligible.
