We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Coordinator to join our high-impact Clients & Markets team. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager and supporting the Business Development Manager, Clients & Markets, this role will work closely with seasoned business development, marketing, and communications professionals at the center of strategic client relationship building. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting initiatives spanning key client account management, our client feedback program, market and competitive intelligence, and marketing technology, including AI-driven tools to improve our processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with strategic account management of selected global clients by supporting the implementation of client plans and orchestrating client relationship-building activities under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Curate client intelligence, maintain comprehensive relationship trackers, client team resources, and internal briefing documents.
  • Ensure seamless program execution by maintaining organized documentation that keeps our initiatives and programs running efficiently.
  • Conduct research on clients and markets to support strategic planning and help identify potential opportunities for engagement.
  • Assist in crafting compelling briefing materials and conduct in-depth background research that informs teams ahead of key client meetings and business development activities.
  • Help coordinate client feedback programming, including scheduling interviews, organizing responses, and supporting follow-up actions.
  • Create polished professional materials, including client status reports and relationship reviews.
  • Maximize the value of our secondment program by tracking placements, facilitating clear communications, and capturing secondee insights.
  • Collaborate with our marketing, business development, competitive intelligence, and marketing technology teams to launch targeted campaigns and innovative initiatives.
  • Help create and maintain client team tools and templates, ensuring our resources remain current and accessible.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven success in business development or client relationship management.
  • Law firm or professional services experience background preferred.

Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective time and project management skills, excelling at managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative mindset is essential.
  • An understanding of the critical importance of confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Knowledge or prior experience with Foundation and Microsoft Dynamics is desired, but not essential.

The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 to at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will be determined based on various job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, the scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance. This is a non-exempt role, meaning it is eligible for overtime pay.
