We seek full-time Litigation Paralegals to provide broad, responsive, and efficient support to our litigation/disputes practice area. Litigation Paralegals work and gain experience on a wide variety of matters including, but not limited to, securities and M&A litigation, sovereign litigation/arbitration, antitrust, bankruptcy, white-collar defense and investigations, intellectual property and general commercial disputes, as well as numerous pro bono cases. These practice areas provide exposure to various federal, state, governmental and international agencies. The Litigation Paralegals are invaluable members of the teams, assisting with challenging, newsworthy and law-effecting matters.

Litigation Paralegals will assist with all aspects of client and case support on a variety of innovative, complex, and often highly visible matters, while working closely with and under the direction of partners, associates, and senior paralegals, and under the general supervision of the Litigation Resources Manager. Successful candidates will have superior organizational and time management skills; effective problem-solving skills; a positive, professional demeanor; and a strong client service focus. The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance. This role is non-exempt meaning that it is overtime pay eligible.
