The Private Funds Paralegal will function as an integral part of the firm’s leading private funds practice. The Private Funds Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to the firm's global private funds team and be responsible for handling a wide variety of client and team-driven tasks. This specialized position provides in-depth exposure to corporate law and the private equity industry, and is an excellent learning opportunity for those interested in attending law school or entering the business world.
The ideal candidate will be a highly qualified and motivated college graduate who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and the highest personal integrity. The Private Funds Paralegal will report into the Managing Funds Attorney and will work closely with the firm's global private funds team and is expected to provide assistance on a vast array of projects and tasks relating to the firm’s private funds practice, which include, but are not limited to:
The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance. This role is non-exempt meaning that it is overtime pay eligible.
