We seek a Legal Learning and Development Specialist to work with our Legal Learning and Development Department in our Washington, DC office. The position will work with the Director of Legal Learning and Development to understand developmental needs of associates and tailor and coordinate training programs to address those needs. Liaising with teams and contacts, screening and retaining outside consultants, and driving aspects of CLE programs are integral aspects of the position. Successful candidates will have experience in a law firm or other professional services environment, excellent interpersonal, client service, and written verbal and communication skills, strong presentation skills, and an ability to be proactive and drive projects forward.
