  • Overview

    This individual will support the Partnership Resources team in the development, implementation and administration of data analysis and reporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee HRIS data entry and reporting related to all Partner “life-cycle” including promotion to Partner, retirement, transfers, leaves of absences, address changes, etc.
    • Provides data management and tracking, extensive reporting and analysis
    • Perform data mining of various elements across multiple databases
    • Assists with data reporting and analysis for presentations to Partners and the Executive Committee
    • Audits data on a regular basis to maintain and improve overall integrity of information
    • Assists with upgrades and functionality tests
    • Keeps track of issues and works with HRIS/IT to resolve or escalate as necessary

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 2+ years of HR data analysis experience; professional or financial services experience preferred
    • Knowledge of Workday and Workday reporting required
    • Experience working with global HRIS
    • Expertise in Excel; CRM knowledge helpful
    • Strong creative and analytical skills required
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work with senior members of the organization
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Ability to handle multiple projects in a timely manner
    • Attention to detail, accuracy, security, and confidentiality
