Overview

.NET/C# and SharePoint developer responsible for building client facing applications, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts. Primary responsibilities include design and development, coordination with the rest of the team, and working on different layers of the infrastructure. Commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Scope, implement, test, and deploy new features and versions of core applications, databases, and utilities.
  • Analyze business requirements, design and implement software solutions.
  • Code, test and deliver software solutions to production environment.
  • Support and maintenance of existing software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of related development experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams
  • Very Strong SQL skills (database design, stored procedures, triggers, etc.).
  • .NET /C#
  • Extensive programming experience with the .NET Framework (C#, ASP), MVC, and WCF.
  • Experience in unit and system level testing on applications
  • Experience building SSRS reports (optional)
  • Very Strong understanding of client side technologies. Required skills and experience:
  • Experience using JavaScript libraries such as Kendo, JQuery and Angular 1/2.
  • Experience working with AJAX, JSON, and XML
  • Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
  • SharePoint (2013 / 2016)
  • Experience in writing SharePoint Farm Solutions.
  • Experience in creating timer jobs, workflows, custom lists, and document libraries declaratively using Visual Studio.
  • Experience in using SharePoint APIs, Client Side Object Model, and Server Object Model.
  • Experience with SharePoint Master page UI customizations.
  • Experience incorporating third party libraries such as Kendo UI, jQuery and Bootstrap is a plus.
  • Experience in iOS development using Objective-C, Swift and/or Xamarin is a plus.
